K&euml;to l&euml;ndime psiqike n&euml; shumic&euml;n e rasteve ndrydh&euml;n (mbyllen n&euml; vete) nga personat e traumatizuar. Edhe ndihm&euml;sit profesional, si p&euml;r shembull mjek&euml;t apo pun&euml;toret social nganj&euml;her&euml; nuk mund ti v&euml;rejn&euml; k&euml;to probleme psiqike.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal\" class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal\" class=\"MsoNormal\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">Natyrisht &ccedil;do njeri reagon ndryshe p&euml;r &ccedil;do ngjarje traumatizuese. K&euml;to p&euml;rkujtime traumatike sjellin<span>&nbsp; <\/span>emocione (ndjenja) t&euml; m&euml;dha. Si p&euml;r shembull njeriu e p&euml;rjeton prap&euml; t&euml; nj&euml;jt&euml;n frik&euml;, pik&euml;llim, zem&euml;rim, neveri ose turp. Trupi e mban n&euml; m&euml;nd k&euml;t&euml; funksion mbrojt&euml;s, q&euml; e ndihmon at&euml; t&euml; jet&euml; i qet&euml;. Kur njeriu ngarkohet\/stresohet p&euml;rs&euml;ri emocionalisht ose i kujtohet edhe nj&euml; her&euml; ngjarja (trauma) e p&euml;rjetuar, mund t&euml; ndodh&euml; q&euml; edhe pas shum&euml; vitesh, kjo &ldquo;humbje m&euml;ndje&rdquo; ti rishfaqet automatikisht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal\" class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal\" class=\"MsoNormal\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\">N&euml;se njeriu n&euml; brendi t&euml; vet mundohet gjithmon&euml; nga trauma e p&euml;rjetuar, edhe trupi reagon fizikisht prej k&euml;saj ngarkese emocionale. Shumica e njer&euml;zve tregojn&euml; p&euml;r probleme me gjumin. Ata kan&euml; probleme ti z&euml;r&euml; gjumi. Shpesh atyre iu del gjumi nat&euml;n, dhe vet&euml;m n&euml; or&euml;t e m&euml;ngjesit munden t&euml; b&euml;jn&euml; nj&euml; sy gjum&euml;. P&euml;rve&ccedil; k&euml;saj shum&euml; njer&euml;z tregojn&euml;, se jan&euml; shum&euml; t&euml; ndjesh&euml;m (ngacmohen leht&euml;) dhe b&euml;hen shpejt nervoz &ndash; sidomos, n&euml;se nuk kan&euml; fjetur mir&euml;. Me t&euml; qenit i &ccedil;mendur s&rsquo;ka t&euml; b&euml;j&euml; fare kjo gj&euml;. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal\" class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">N&euml; shumice e rast&euml;ve problemet e p&euml;rshkruara<span>&nbsp; <\/span>nuk ndikojn&euml; vet&euml;m te ata q&euml; i kan&euml; p&euml;rjetuar ato, por edhe te familjet e tyre apo te puna. Pasi shpesh &ccedil;do gj&euml; q&euml; ka t&euml; b&euml;j&euml; me traum&euml;n evitohet, shum&euml; njer&euml;z nuk bisedojn&euml; me mjekun p&euml;r problemet e tyre. Prandaj ata edhe nuk marrin ndihm&euml;n e duhur nga mjeku. Por pa u trajtuar, &ccedil;rregullimi posttraumatik shpesh nuk mund t&euml; sh&euml;rohet me vite t&euml; t&euml;ra. Psikoterapia n&euml; shumic&euml;n e rast&euml;ve &euml;sht&euml; e suksesshme.
